These terms apply when you buy a property video from Stayframe Media. By completing checkout you agree to them, so they are written to be read rather than skimmed past.
Stayframe Media is a fictitious business name of Stronghold Intel LLC, a California limited liability company based in Placer County. In these terms, “Stayframe Media”, “we” and “us” mean Stronghold Intel LLC trading as Stayframe Media.
A short cinematic marketing video of your property, built from photographs you supply. One property per order.
Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, you receive an MP4 in 9:16 portrait at 1080×1920 — the format Vrbo, Airbnb and most social platforms are built around. The length, format, price, and number of revision rounds included are set out in the proposal or checkout page you accepted.
We do not visit the property and we do not shoot new photography. Your video is made entirely from the images you send us.
If anything in your proposal disagrees with these terms, the proposal wins on the specifics of your order — price, length, format, revision rounds. These terms cover everything else.
The price is whatever is shown on the proposal or checkout page you accepted. Payment is due in full up front unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles the card, and all we see is your name, your email address, and the fact that the order was paid. Stripe's own terms apply to the payment itself.
If something goes wrong with an order, email us before you dispute the charge with your bank. We would far rather refund you the same day than work through a card network, and it will be settled faster for both of us.
Production begins once payment has cleared and we have your photographs — whichever of those comes second. From that point, your first cut is normally with you within three business days. If something is going to take longer, we tell you rather than letting the date pass quietly.
If your photographs have not arrived, there is no rush and no penalty. We will check in. You can take the time you need and we will hold the order open, or you can ask for a full refund at any point before we start.
This is the section that matters most, so it is in plain language.
You own the photographs you send us, or you have permission from whoever does to use them for this purpose — and that permission extends to having new work created from them.
If a photographer shot your listing photos, this is worth checking. A licence to use images in a listing does not automatically include the right to have video made from them, or to pass them to a third party such as us. If you are not certain, ask your photographer before you send them over. We would rather wait a week than build you something you cannot use.
The images should be a fair, current representation of the property — same finishes, same furniture, same views. If the kitchen has been redone or the deck came out since the photos were taken, tell us and send what you have of the current version.
We build only what is in the photographs, so out-of-date images produce an out-of-date video — and listing platforms treat that as misrepresenting a property, regardless of who supplied what.
You grant Stayframe Media a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, adapt and animate the photographs for the purpose of producing your video, and to show the finished video in our portfolio, on our website, and in our marketing. This licence continues after your order is finished, so that the video can stay in our portfolio.
If you would rather we did not show your video publicly, tell us in writing at any time — including before we start — and we will remove it from everything we control within 30 days, at no cost to you.
If a third party brings a claim against us because the photographs were not yours to give, or because they did not show the property as it was, you agree to defend and indemnify Stayframe Media against that claim, including reasonable legal fees and any amount we are ordered to pay or agree to pay in settlement.
In return: we will tell you promptly if a claim arrives, we will not settle it without asking you first, and you may take over handling it if you would prefer to.
Sections 3(c) and 3(d) survive the end of these terms.
On full payment, the finished video is yours. We assign it to you outright — post it wherever you like, for as long as you like, including after you stop working with us. To the extent any part of that assignment needs a signed document to take effect, we grant you a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the video without restriction until it does.
Two things we keep: the right to show the video in our portfolio and marketing as described in 3(c), and ownership of our working files, project files and prompts, which are not part of what you are buying.
Your photographs are the source of truth. We animate what is in them.
We do not add, remove, relocate or upgrade anything — no furniture that is not there, no view that is not there, no amenity that is not there, no different time of day or weather. We will not make a room look larger or a finish look nicer than the photograph shows.
We use generative AI tools to create motion from your still images, and we say so plainly because it matters. Listing platforms each set their own rules about AI-assisted media, and the ones we work with draw the line at content that misrepresents a property rather than at AI itself. Working only from your real photographs is how we stay on the right side of that line. It is not negotiable: if you ask us to change something about the property itself, we will decline and explain why.
If animating a particular shot distorts the room, we reduce the movement or leave the shot still. A steady frame beats a warped one.
Your order includes at least one round of revisions — check your proposal for what we agreed.
There is no deadline. Most people send notes within a week or two, and sooner is easier for both of us while the project is fresh — but take the time you need to look at it properly, and to show it to whoever else needs to see it. We would rather you used the revision than rushed past it.
Send your notes together and we will work through them in a single pass.
Two practical notes. We keep the project files for your video for 12 months after delivery; after that, a re-cut may need to be quoted as new work, because the tools we use change quickly and an old project cannot always be reopened. And further rounds, or a change of direction that means starting over, are quoted before any work begins — we will never do extra work and then bill you for it.
We deliver your video as a download link. Save your own copy somewhere safe when it arrives.
We keep your photographs and project files for 12 months after delivery, so we can handle revisions and send you the video again if you lose it. After that we delete them. Ask us to delete them sooner and we will.
Your photographs are used for one thing: making your video. We do not sell them or license them to anyone else. Producing the video does mean processing your images through third-party AI video tools, which operate under their own terms — we choose vendors with that in mind, and we upload only what a given shot needs.
Beyond your name and email address, which we need in order to deliver the work, we do not collect personal information about you. Stripe holds your payment details; we do not.
If you change your mind before we begin production, you get a full refund, no questions asked.
After delivery, the included revision is how we put things right. If the video still is not right after that revision, we will refund you in full, and the video will not appear in our portfolio.
If the photographs you send cannot produce a video we would put our name on — too few, too low in resolution, or too poorly exposed to animate cleanly — we will tell you before we start and offer you a full refund rather than deliver something weak.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually take five to ten business days to appear.
Vrbo, Airbnb and the rest make their own decisions about what appears on their platforms, and we do not control them.
If a platform removes your video within 90 days of delivery for a reason that comes down to how we made it, we will re-cut it at no charge, or refund you in full if we cannot resolve it. If it is removed for a reason on your side — the photographs were not yours to use, the images no longer matched the property, or there is a problem with the listing itself — that is outside what we can fix, and no refund applies.
We are a small studio, and our liability is sized accordingly. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bookings or lost revenue. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
We do not promise your video will increase bookings, and we make no performance claims. We sell a well-made video, not an outcome.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you paid.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts serving Placer County, California.
